Welcome to Homeownership 101

First, a little background:
As of August 1, 2021 HUD put new rules and requirements into affect for First Time Homebuyers who are utilizing Federal programs. Most cities and towns who offer Down Payment Assistance receive federal dollars to pay for these programs so these rules would apply and it and require you receive a HUD Counseling Certificate.

Option 1

If you’re planning to use down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance through your local city or town then you will need a HUD certificate. This can be received through our Framework course and is good for the entire State. The course is designed so you can take it at your own pace. It is not a Zoom course so you can sign in when is convenient for you. Cost is $75 with no additional fees. (most other agencies are charging an extra $25 counseling fee. We are not)
